MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITIES (MOQ)
Minimum order quantities apply for wholesale orders. Please log into your wholesale account to view MOQ per product as this can vary. You can also request for a wholesale order form and price list from our team.
FREIGHT
We ship our orders either via third party courier or with Australia Post. Freight is not included in product pricing, instead it is calculated and applied to your final invoice before payment and dispatch. In stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days from placing an order. During times where we are experiencing a high volume of orders it may take a little longer. If we are experiencing any delays with a product which is holding up an order from dispatch, our team will be in touch. If you place an order that contains both backordered and in stock items, the order will be automatically split so we are able to ship in stock items immediately, unless advised otherwise by the customer. Shipping fees will apply to each separate order. Non-delivery of an order must be reported immediately to our team for investigation.
Shipping within Australia
If the products on your order are in stock, we usually process and ship your order within 1-3 days.
Shipping to New Zealand
You may place orders by emailing us at sales@tasteology.com.au or you are welcome to log into your wholesale account online and place orders there. Please note all products are quoted and invoiced in Australian Dollars (AUD). When placing an order online please select the shipping option "New Zealand Shipping TBA" as we will need to obtain a shipping quote from our forwarder before your order can be processed and fully invoiced. If you have your own preferred forwarder you would like to use, you are also welcome to organise collection from our warehouse and manage the shipping of your order - please just let us know at the time of ordering. Please note that the shipping fees payable on your invoice will not include any duties, taxes or import fees incurred once your order has arrived in New Zealand and these costs will be your responsibility.
RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS
If you have a product you would like to return please contact our team at sales@tasteology.com.au for assistance. We do not accept return of unsold goods, products that have reached their best before date or for change of mind.
All orders are final and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed and the final invoice has been generated.
DAMAGED OR FAULTY STOCK
If an item is received broken or faulty please advise our team within 5 days of receipt of order. Please email the details with an image to sales@tasteology.com.au, and quote your invoice number. Our team will assess the damage/fault and provide you with an outcome. As our products are packaged in glass vessels, unfortunately breakages can occur from time to time during handling and shipping.
EXCLUSIVITY
Please note as a TASTEOLOGY stockist you do not automatically receive exclusivity in your area and without a written agreement we cannot guarantee exclusivity. If you would like to stock TASTEOLOGY exclusively please read the below terms and contact us at sales@tasteology.com.au to receive an application form.

Please note if you are a new stockist and wish to apply for exclusivity with your first order a minimum spend of $3,000 (inc. GST) applies to that order. We do not provide exclusivity for online retail stores.

ORDER DISPATCH
We try to ship your order out as soon as possible. In-stock items will usually ship within 1-3 buiness days from order. During times where we are experiencing a high volume of orders it may take a little longer. If we are experiencing any delays with a product which is holding up an order from dispatch, our team will be in touch.
PRICES
There are no GST on our food products as they are GST exempt, and as such we don’t charge GST and you are not required to collect GST on your sales either. Prices shown on order forms and are exclusive of GST for all food products. All other products carry GST and are shown on our order form and website with GST inclusive. We reserve the right to alter our pricing at any time, unless already invoiced. The RRP for each product is listed on our main website (www.tasteology.com.au) and on our price lists. Stockists are free to set their own pricing, but we ask that the products do not retail under the set RRP, unless they are clearly marked as being on sale. We kindly request that new collections are not sold below the RRP on sale.
DISTRIBUTION
TASTEOLOGY products may not be distributed through any physical or online marketplaces, including eBay, Etsy etc. Selling TASTEOLOGY products on these marketplaces breaches our distribution policy and is not allowed under any circumstance.
PAYMENT TERMS
All orders are on a 7 day payment term, unless a longer payment term has been previously agreed to in writing. All in stock items will be immediately shipped out. Please contact us via email at sales@tasteology.com.au if you would like to apply for longer account terms. We accept VISA, MasterCard and Amex or payment via EFT. We do not accept Paypal or cheques for Wholesale and Trade orders. Please state your invoice number as the payment reference when paying via EFT so we can correctly allocate your payment to your order. Products not available will be placed on backorder and dispatched once back in stock. Please note that we require full payment of all back ordered items before this stock can be allocated to your order and then shipped.
First time wholesale order invoices must be paid in full prior to any stock being allocated to your order and dispatched. Subsequent orders will be invoiced on 7 day payment terms.
All stock remain the property of TASTEOLOGY until paid for in full.
OVERDUE ACCOUNTS
All goods supplied remain the property of TASTEOLOGY until payment is made in full. If we have your credit card details on file, we reserve the right to automatically charge your card for an overdue amount. Any accounts that are outstanding for over 60 days may be passed on to debt collection and any fees involved in recovering the debt is the responsibility of the stockist.
BACK ORDERS
Estimated delivery dates are approximate and for guidance only. Our team will do their best to have back orders dispatched as soon as possible. Unfortunately, there are many factors out of our control within the production and frieght process which can cause delays with back ordered stock . Back orders are only considered final orders once paid for in full. We reserve the right to cancel the production of any of the products in our range. If this occurs, any payment received for the cancelled product will be refunded in full.
COPYRIGHT & INTELLECTUAL MATERIAL
All TASTEOLOGY product images and product copy are subject to copyright and are the property of TASTEOLOGY. Approved TASTEOLOGY stockists are welcome to use any of the images on the TASTEOLOGY website for the purpose of promoting the product/s. High res images are available for download through the website once logged in to your wholesale or trade account. Please contact us if you are unsure of image usage and we can direct you to our brand guidelines.
PRODUCT MODIFICATION
TASTEOLOGY products can not be modified in any way for resale or distribution. If you are unsure about product usage please contact our team to discuss further.
LIABILITY
TASTEOLOGY cannot be held liable for any losses, costs, damages and expenses (including legal costs) resulting from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms of Trade.
AGREEMENT OF TERMS
By placing an order with TASTEOLOGY you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions. These terms are subject to change at any time. If the terms are amended they will be effective immediately.
