Founded in 2017 by Sara and Nigel - partners in both life and business - the brand was born from the synergy of two passions: Nigel’s lifelong love for the culinary arts and exploration of flavour, and Sara’s background in design and homewares, which brings a discerning eye for aesthetics to every product and piece of packaging. Based in Sydney, Australia, Tasteology remains proudly family-run. Over the years, Sara and Nigel have thoughtfully nurtured the brand’s growth into a trusted name in gourmet condiments. We craft flavoured salts, spices, syrups, and olive oils in close collaboration with local growers and producers, using only the finest natural ingredients. Each product is designed to elevate everyday cooking, while our minimalist, design-led packaging adds style to the modern kitchen. Sustainability is at the heart of what we do. The glass grinders are reusable, our production supports local makers and suppliers, and every product is bottled in Australia with integrity and care.
